This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the following Gregg County routes for common docket and record needs:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
For district civil, family, juvenile, and felony records, contact Gregg County District Clerk Trey Hattaway, Suite 334, 101 E. Methvin Street, Longview, TX 75601, at 903-237-2663. The office generally opens weekdays from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. County-level, probate, Justice Court, and municipal records may have a different custodian, so confirm the court before visiting.
